用西洋参茎叶总皂甙制取-Rh1和-Rh2

【摘要】 用西洋参茎叶总皂甙碱性水解,制得化合物(Ⅰ)和化合物(Ⅱ)。化学研究证明化合物(Ⅰ)为人参皂甙-Rh1,化合物(Ⅱ)为人参皂甙-Rh2。收率分别为0.98%和1.86%。

【Abstract】 Studies showed that ginsenoside-Rh2 has in-hibitory effect on many kinds of cancer cells andginsenoside-Rh1 activates adenylate cyclase,with-out induction differentiation of cancer cells.Sinceginsenoside-Rh1 and Rh2 in ginseng is trace ele-mant,we produced two compounds through alka-line hydrolysis of the crude saponin of the leavesof American ginseng(Panax quinquefolium L.).These compounds were proved to be ginsenoside-Rh1(0.98%,yield)and -Rh2(1.86%,yield),respectively,by mearing mp,the mp of themixure with authentic sample,and comparing TLCand 13C-NMR with that of authentic sample.
