亚麻过氧化物酶同工酶研究

【摘要】 本试验以普通亚麻的57个品种和17个杂交组合的F1为材料,采取垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,分析亚麻过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明:亚麻过氧化物酶同工酶具有物种特异性、品种特异性和阶段特异性。宁夏37个地方品种蕾期酶谱可分为6种不同遗传型。部份杂种酶谱中出现酶带增活、减活及酸带缺失等现象。宁亚5号、喀什7331和50—74三个油用型品种可能是矮生基因型纯合体。正交与反交杂种的酶谱之间存在着明显的差异,表明某些过氧化物酶同工酶的合成不仅与核基因有关,还可能与细胞质基因有关。

【Abstract】 Fifty-seven varieties of flax and 17 hybrids were analysed for their peroxidase isozymes by vertical polyacylamide gel electropho-’retic. The peroxidase isozymes of flax were characterised with different species, varieties and stages. The zymograms in bud stage of the 37 local varieties from Ningxia could be divided into six genotypes. Hybrid zymo-gram was not found in the F1 hybrids. A wide isozyme band ( B2 of B3 ) was found in the cathode between 0.18 and 0.27 of migrating ratio in three varieties which could be homozygots of dwarf genotype. There were significant differences between the crosses and their corresponding reciprocal crosses in both zymograms and O.D. value curve of bands, which suggested that synthesis of some peroxidases could be controlled by both nuclear and cytoplasmic genes.
