【摘要】 应用上培盆栽试验,研究了土壤不同硒水平对油菜生长和产量的影响以及油菜不同时期各器官含硒量。结果表明:(1)土壤加硒至15—20ppm时,油菜出现中毒。(2)随土壤硒含量增加,油菜各器官硒含量成倍增加,表明油菜富硒特点明显。(3)油菜籽中硒主要分配到菜籽饼内,菜籽油的硒含量相对较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tests of soil pot and field were conducted to study the nesponse of rape(Brassica nupas)to different Se levels.The results wers as follows: Ⅰ.If the soil was added Se 15-20ppm,selenium was harmful to rape,the yield of rape decreased significantly.Probably the critical value of toxicity was 15-20ppm Se in soil.Ⅱ.With the increasing of Se in soil,the content of Se in rape plant increased doubly.It showed that rape could absorb Se easily from soil.Ⅲ.Selenium in rape was mainly remained in rape cake and Se content of rape oil was very low.更多还原
