【摘要】 采用贝克曼免疫化学分析仪Ⅱ型手动速率散射比浊法,对患肺癌,肝癌和食道癌三种疾病患者血清中三种蛋白组分进行了检测分析。三种疾病组x₁-AT含量均较正常对照组明显增高;而TF含量均较正常对照组明显低下;CP含量除肝癌患者明显高于正常对照组外;余两组略低于正常对照组。结果提示:癌症患者检测上述三种蛋白组分含量,对于疾病预后判断具有一定参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using a rate nephelometry Beckman ICSⅡ, the author determined the three kinds of components of protein in the serum of the patients suffering from lung cancer, liver cancer, elsophagus cancer. The content of α₁-AT in the above three groups is obviously higher（P<0.001）, but TF is much lower （P<0.001） than that of normal groups. The content of CP in the patients suffering from liver cancer much higher （P<0.05） and the ether two groups are lower than that of normal grouts （P<0.05）. The results showed that it was very useful for the judgment of prognosis of three kinds of cancer.更多还原
