塞曼效应火焰AAS法直接吸引测定尿铜
DETERMINATION OF COPPER IN URINE BY DIRECT ASPIRATION METHOD USING ZEEMAN EFFECT FLAME ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROSCOPY
【摘要】 使用塞曼效应火焰原子吸收分光光度法直接吸引测定24h尿铜,并与标准加入法比较,共测定47份尿样品。经回归分析及t检验,两法密切相关,差异无统计学意义。其中15份为Wilson氏病,r=0.9993,(?)=1.014X-0.266,P>0.01;余32份为其它疾病,r=0.9938,(?)=0.964X+0.013,P>0.01。本法线性范围为0.79~78.69μmol/L(5~500μg/dl),并呈良好的直线性。检出限为5.1μg/L。批内变异各为12.35%、2.0%、0.61%(尿铜为0.65、3.99、32.53μmol/L)。批间变异各为4.32%、2.23%、0.77%(尿铜为1.39、4.94、33.93μmol/L)。
【Abstract】 Forty seven 47 samples of copper in urine were determined by direct aspiration method using Zeeman effect flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) in comparison with standard addition methodat same time. Linear regression equation and test showed a good correlation and no obvious difference In 15 samples from Wilson’s disease γ=0.9993, y =1.014X-0.266, P>0.01, and in 32 samples from other diseases γ=0.9938, y=0.964X+0.013, P>0.01.The range of linearity was 0.79-78.69 μmol/L (5-500μg/dl). Detection limit was 5.1 μg/L. Within-run CV was 12.35%, 2.0% and 0.61% for the the copper concentration of 0.65μmol/L, 3.99 μmol/L and 32.58 μmol/L respectively. Petween-run CV was 4.32%, 2.23% and 0.77% for the copper concention of 1.39 μmol/L, 4.94μmol/L and 33.93 μmol/L respectively.
