【摘要】 运用原子吸收光谱法及同位素激发X射线荧光分析法,对23例21-三体综合征患者和23例同龄、同性别健康儿童的血清、红细胞及发中铜、锌元素进行测定。结果:患者血清锌降低、血清Cu/Zn值升高,红细胞中铜、锌水平明显升高。患者在同一血清、红细胞或发中的铜、锌元素间及同种元素在血清与红细胞,红细胞与发、血清与发之间均无显著相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The copper and zine levels in serum, erythrocytes and hair, of 23 trisomy 21 patients and 23 age, sex-matched controls were determined by AAS, XRF. The results in the patients show that:the mean zine level in serum was decreased, the ratio of serum copper to zine was increased. The mean copper and zine levels in erythrocytes were significantly higher. A statistical correlation between zine and copper in serum, erythroeytes or hair, and the correlation of seme element between serum and erythrocytes, between erythrocytes and hair or between serum and hair could not be found. The mechanism of these changes and their clinical significance are discussed.更多还原
