【摘要】 对41例小儿癫痫的脑电图(EEG)、磁共振(MRI)进行了对比研究。结果表明EEG异常率73.17%,MRI异常率75.61%,两者异常中的异常比率基本相符。但EEG异常与MRI异常之间并无完全平行的关系。MRI可作为寻求癫痫病因的最佳手段之一,EEG是癫痫诊断不可缺少的依据,两者相辅相成,对明确癫痫诊断是不可缺少的辅助诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 EEG and MRI on infantile epilepsy of 41 cases were compared.The results showed that abnormal rate of EEG was 73.17% and the MRI was 75.6%. Abnormal findings of EEG and MRI were identical basically but not parallel completely.MRI is one of the best method for finding pathogeny of epilepsy, EEG is essential evidence for diagnosis of epilepsy. They are supplement each other, and both of them are nessesory in the diagnosis.更多还原
