【摘要】 应用神经兴奋性测试仪测试100名正常人双侧面神经兴奋性阈值的正常范围为1.72～-1.57mA,对190例面神经麻痹患者也进行同样测试,其中29例阈值差值超过-1.57mA为超兴奋性。豚鼠面神经压迫试验有34.8%出现超兴奋性。提示超兴奋性者预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The normal range value of excitability threshold difference value of the left and right side faclal nerve of 100 persons was measured. It was 1.72-1.57mA. In addition. 190 cases of the facial nerve paralysis were measured. The threshold difference value of facial nerve excitability between the bad and health side was over -1.57mA-Overexcitability in the 29 cases of them. The test of the facial nerve pressure on guinea pigs repeated the clinical results. The 34.8% of the guinea pigs took place momentarily phenomenon of the facial nerve overexcitability. The resuts surgest that overexcitability is a signal of favourablbe prognosis.更多还原
