【Abstract】 The penetration of Su Xiao Qu Tong Shuang (SXQTS), a dermatologic preparation with a potent analgesic anti-inflammatory effect was studied in isolated mouse skin by spectrophotometry. The results showed that SXQTS had an effective penetrating action through the skin. The ratio of penetrance showed a marked time-dependent relationship.Azone, a component of SXQTS, could facilitate the drug tested to penetrate through the skin.更多还原
