【摘要】 用溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析及反相Lobar柱层析等方法,从人参花蕾中分离得到十八种化学成分。根据理化性质、光谱分析并与标准品对照进行正、反相TLC,鉴定了其中十三种化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇（1）,胡罗卜甙（2）,20（R）-人参皂甙-Rh₁（3）,20（S）-Rg₂（4）,20（R）-Rg₂（5）,-Rf（6）,-Re（7）,-Rg₃（8）,-Rd（9）,-Re（10）,-Rb₂（11）,棕榈酸（12）和反式对羟基肉桂酸（13）。其中化合物（1）,（2）,（3）,（5）,（8）和（13）为首次从人参花蕾中分离得到的已知成分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Eighteen constituents were isolated from the flower-buds of Panax ginseng by solvent extraction and repeated silica gel chromatography followed by reverse phase chromatography.Thirteen of them were identified by using physical-chemical properties and spectral analysis as β-sitosterol（Ⅰ）,daucosterine（Ⅱ） ,ginsenoside-Rh₁ （Ⅲ） ,20 （S）-ginsenoside Rg₂ （Ⅳ） ,20 （R）-ginsenoside-Rg₂ （Ⅴ）, giosonoside-Rf（Ⅵ）, ginsenoside-Re （Ⅶ）, ginsenoside-Rg₃ （Ⅷ）, ginsenoside-Rd （Ⅸ）, ginsenoside-Rc （Ⅹ）, ginsenoside-Rb₂ （Ⅺ）, palmitic acid （Ⅻ）, trans-p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid（ⅩⅢ）, respectively.
