11α-羟基孕酮半琥珀酸酯合成方法的改进
AN IMPROVED PREPARATION OF 11α-HYDROXYPROGESTERONE HEMISUCCINATE
【摘要】 11α-羟基孕酮半琥珀酸酯是制备免疫测定剂的一种重要化合物。本文报道了它的一种改进合成方法,即以DMAP为催化剂,11α-羟基孕酮和琥珀酸酐在二氯甲烷溶剂中回流反应5h,收率可达82.2%,产物的分离得以简化。
【Abstract】 An improved preparation of 11α-hydroxyrogesterone hemisuccinate (2) , an important compound for immunological assay,was described. Using DMAP as a catalyst,the reaction of 11α-hydroxyprogesterone with succinic anhydride in methylene chloride by refluxing for 5 hours gave (2) in 82.2% yield. The isolation of the product was much more simplified.
