孕酮受体拮抗剂ZK98299的合成
Synthesis of Progesterone Receptor Antagonist ZK98299
【摘要】 采用不同于文献报道的合成路线,从△4.9-雌甾二烯-3,17-二酮开始经七步反应得到孕酮受体拮抗剂ZK98299（8b）及其C17差向异构体,总收率达4.7%,化合物5、6a、6b、7a、7b、8c尚未见文献报道。
【Abstract】 Progesterone receptor antagonist ZK98299 （8b） and its C17-iso-mer （8a） were synthesized from A4.9-estradien-3,7-dione （1） via seven-step process in 4.7% total yield.
