【Abstract】 A method was developed to determine the content of triptolide in Tripterygium wilfordii from 15 regions of China at levels below those previously achieved by other chromatography. The triptolide was extracted from the powder of T. wilfordii using chloroform, N-（Trimethysily）-imidazol derivatives of the extracts esterified by CH₂N₂ were analyzed by Capillary Gas Chromatography （CGC） in splitless, n-hextriacontane served as the internal standard for quantitation. The triptolide can be easily traced down to the 25 ng level with an overall precision of less than 10% relative standard derivation in the content range of 25—75μg/ml.更多还原
