暗紫贝母鳞茎器官培养生长特征和生物碱累积的研究

【摘要】 本文应用组织培养中器官培养技术对我国特有的名贵中药材—暗紫贝母进行了生长量、生物碱含量等八个指标和培养天数关系的研究。结果表明:培养30—50d期间是鳞茎组织快速生长期,50d时鳞茎培养物中干物质积累最高,为适宜采收期。培养鳞茎在全生长阶段中生物碱含量都较高,是野生商品药材的1.22—1.50倍,从而有效地保持和提高了主要化学成分。

【Abstract】 The relations among cultural days, growth rate and the content of alkaloids were studied in the protess of organ culture of traditional Chinese drug Fritillaria unibracteata. The results indicated that the cultured bulbs grow rapidly in the period of 30—50 days after inoculation. The accumulation of dry matter production in cultured bulb nearly reaches the highest level in 50 days, which is suitable for harvesting. The content of crude alkaloids in cultured bulb were kept rather hight level in all cultured process and were about 1.22—1.50 times as high as that in wild bulb. The main chemical compounds in the bulb could be maintained or increased in the process of culture, it is possible to become a new way to produce traditional Chinese medicine.
