下腔静脉瓣的形态调查

【摘要】 下腔静脉瓣为一形态多样的结构,本文通过对正常及先天性畸形心脏标本各100例的观察,将下腔静脉瓣按形态分为瓣膜状、崝状、筛孔状、Chiari氏网和瓣膜缺如等五类,正常和先心病组下腔静脉瓣的形态分布不同,并在先心组中检出3例异常的下腔静脉瓣。根据本组资料及文献复习,认为下腔静脉瓣在出生后仍存在着退化吸收的趋势,而下腔静脉瓣的形态与先心病的类型间并无明显相关,异常下腔静脉瓣常与其他先天性心脏畸形并存。在临床上下腔静脉瓣的结构极易被忽视,但它在心血管疾病中偶有重要作用。

【Abstract】 Valve of the inferior vena cava (Eustachian valve) is one of the most variable structures in the body. Through the observation and analysis of this structurq of 100 normal and 100 congenital malformed cardiac specimens, tha valves were classified morphologically into five types,namely membranous valve, ridgy valve, fenestrated valve, Chiari’s network and valve absence. There were different distributions of various types between the two groups. Three anomalous Eustachian valves were found in the congenital heart disease group. The Eustachian valve had the tendency to regress after birth and the types of which had no obvious connection with the pattern of congenital heart diseases, while its anomaly always coexisted with congenital heart diseases. The Eustachian valve is usually neglected in clinical practice, however, it occasionally plays an important role in certain cardiovascular disease.
