【摘要】 本研究以疣状毛癣菌LTV菌株制成活菌湿苗、活菌冻干苗、灭活冻干苗及其代谢产物冻干菌,给犊牛进行肌肉注射免疫接种。活菌湿苗免疫4头牛,结果4/4保护,而湿苗对照组2/17保护;活菌冻干苗免疫7头牛,结果5/7保护;灭活冻干苗免疫7头牛,6/7保护;代谢产物冻干苗免疫5头,0/5保护;冻干苗对照组0/7保护。其结果证明,疣状毛癣茵(Trichophytonverrucosum)菌体对牛具有良好的免疫原性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Calvies were injected intramuscularly with different vaccines prepared using T. verrucosum isolates. The results showed a protective rate of the live wet vaccine was 4/4 but the control’s was only 2/17. The protective rates of the live freeze-dried vaccine, inactivated freeze-dried vaccine and the lyophilized metabolite vaccine were 5/7, 6/7 and 0/5 respectively, but the freeze-dried vaccine control’s was 0/7 .更多还原
