免疫酶组化法检测人工感染牦牛体内布氏杆菌的研究
Studies on immunoenzyme histochemical method for detection of Brucella sp in yaks infected artificially
【摘要】 为了确定免疫酶组化法检测布氏杆菌的临床应用价值,笔者利用甘肃省甘南州兽医站人工感染试验的牦牛,进行现场检测,并与传统的细菌分离培养法做对比试验。对每头牦牛20种组织器官的检验结果表明:免疫酶组化法对细菌分离培养法的阳性符合率为100%,但前者阳性检出率却显著地高于后者。并且用免疫酶组化法检测耗时短,操作安全、简便,因此更具有实用价值。
【Abstract】 The authors examined yaks infected artificially with Brucella sp using immunoenzyme histoche-mical method, and compared it with the traditional bacterial isolation and cultivation. The results showed the positive coincidence rate of the two methods was one hundred percent, but the detectable rate of immunoenzyme histochemical method was much higher than that of traditional method, by which determination was more time-saving, simpler and of higher practical value as well.
