工作在高次模TE21上的园盘平面电路3dB混合电桥

【摘要】 本文采用比拟方法,研究设计工作在高次模TE21上的园盘平面电路3dB混合电桥,提出了合理的端口位置配置方案,使得在保证原有园半径不变的情况下,中心频率可提高1.56倍左右。这不仅使该种园盘形混合电桥能适用于更高的频段,并且解决了因频率增加而使园半径过小带来的制做加工困难问题。此外,本文还采用加阻抗变换阶梯的办法,优化特性,大大增加了带宽。

【Abstract】 Based on the summarization of the regular pattern for circular disk 3dB hybrid bridge operating at TE,, mode, a kind of new design of hybrid bridge operating at higher order mode TE21 by analogy approach is proposed. With the new design the center frequency can be raised to 1.56 time of the original one operating at TE11 mode for the same diameter.In addition, a strategy of port locating for hybrid bridge operating at higher order mode is presented As a result, the hybrid bridge operating at TE11 mode can be applied to higher frequencies without causing problem of port manufacturing due to the fact of the diameter of hybrid bridge being smaller as frequency being higher.In order to optimize the performance of the hybrid bridge, impedance steps are also adopted to widen the bandwidth. To prove this design, a sample is made and tests are conducted.
