大型汽轮发电机定子“刚—柔”型端部绕组结构动态特性的试验分析
Experimental Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of the“Rigi-Flex”Type Stator Endwinding of A Large Turbogenerator
【摘要】 本文论述借助模态试验手段,分析了哈尔滨电机厂生产的我国第一台600MW汽轮发电机定子上所采用的一种新型端部绕组结构——“刚—柔” (Rigi-Flex)型结构的动态特性。试验采用锤击激振和双向随机激振两种方法,最后识别出200Hz以下,汽端结构的前6种类型和励端结构前7种类型模态的参数。文章还依据测试结果,对该“刚—柔”型结构会否引起行波共振及结构整体性等动特性问题进行了分析。
【Abstract】 By using the modal test technique the paper describes the dynamic characteristics of a new type-the "Rigi-Flex" type stator endwinding structure adopted for the first 600 MW turbogenerator by Harbin Electric Machinery Works P-R. China- Two excitation methods are used in the modal test-hammer impact excitation and diametric random excitation- The modal parameters of the lowest 6 types for turbine end, and 7 types for exciter end are identified. Based on the results of test, the paper discusses some problems about dynamic properties of the "Rigi-Flex" structure, such as the travelling wave resonance and the entirety of the structure
