【摘要】 本文报告31例主动脉窦瘤患者,全部用二维超声(2DE)和多普勒超声检查。其中手术治疗24例,超声符合22例,符合率为92％。误诊2例,误诊率为8％。故超声实际诊断主动脉窦瘤29例中右冠窦瘤18例(62％),无冠窦瘤7例(24％),二叶瓣型主动脉窦瘤4例(14％)。窦瘤破入/膨入右室和右房内的例数分别为16例和13例。本病主要的合并症为主动脉瓣关闭不全和室缺。通过分析我们认为二维加多普勒超声是诊断主动脉窦瘤最有价值的无创技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 A group of 31 patients with aneurysm of sinus of Valsalva were examined by two-dimensional (2DE) and Doppler echocardiography, 24 patients were operated upon. 22 cases (92%) of them were proved to be accurately diagnosed by echo, 2 cases (8%) of them proved to be erroneously diagnosed. Thus, totally 29 cases were diagnosed by echo and analysed as follows: the aneurysm involved right sinus in 18 cases (62%), non-coronary sinus in 7 cases (24%) and bicuspid aortic valve in 4 cases (14%), The aneurysm ruptured/protruded to right ventricle in 16 cases and to right atrium in 13 cases. Aneurysm of sinus of Valsalva is frequently associated with ventricular septal defect and aortic insufficiency. Our study suggests that 2DE and Doppler echo-noninvasive technique have great value in diagnosis for aneurysm of sinus of Valsalva.更多还原
