正常人视网膜中央动脉血流超声检测

【摘要】 对103例正常人206只眼视网膜中央动脉血流进行了超声研究。结果发现收缩期峰值速度和加速度与年龄呈非常明显的负相关(P<0.01,rpsv=-0.98,rA=-0.96),即随年龄的增长呈明显下降趋势并在40岁及50岁前后表现尤著。指出两指标可能较敏感地反映了小血管的老化过程。此在人类自身防衰老活动中值得注意。提出了流速各指标的正常值范围。讨论了视网膜中央动脉独特良好的声学探测环境。

【Abstract】 Blood flow of the central retinal artery (CRA) was studied in 103 normal subjects (206 orbits) with color Doppler imaging and pulsed Doppler spectral analysis. The pulsatile flow spectrum of CRA, almost appeared single peak type very like oblique triangle, yielded in all orbits, PSV(Peak Systolic Velocity), A(Acceleration), EDV(End-diastolic velocity) and RI(Resistance Index) were selected as observational indices. Each index was compared with age. It was found that there was no significant correlation between RI and age (P>0.05), EDV was weak correlated with age (r = -0.25, 0.01<P<0.05), while both PSV and A showed closely negative correlation (P<0.01). Their coefficients of correlation were -0.98, - 0.96 respectively, that is, value of both PSV and A appeared a tendency to decrease with aging, especially markedly after 40 yrs and 50 yrs. PSV and A may be more sensitive to reflect the aging changes of smaller vessels, and the phenomenon is well worthy to notice in the activity of human themselves for preventing senility. CRA having characteristically better condition for detection by ultrasound was discussed in details in this paper. It was pointed out that a study on haemodynamics of the CRA with ultrasonography will have great value in clinics.
