体外反搏对颅内血流的影响
Effect of External Counterpulsation on Intracranial Cerebral Blood Flow
【摘要】 本文报告6例缺血性脑血管病患者68次体外反搏时的经颅多普勒超声检查结果,发现大脑中动脉、前动脉和后动脉平均流速分别增加8.9cm/s(12%)、6.5cm/s(13.6%)和5.72cm/s(14.7%),其舒张期峰速分别增加37.46cm/s(54.8%)、27.21cm/s(61.6%)及21.94cm/s(61.5%)。因此,为该治疗进一步提供了血液动力学依据。
【Abstract】 Six cases suffered from ischemic cerebral vascular disease examined by transcranial Doppler sonography during 68 times external counterpulsation performances were reported. The results showed that the mean velocity increased 8.9cm/s (12%), 6.5cm/s (13.6%) and 5.72cm/s (14.7%) in the middle, anterior and posterior arteries respectively. The diastolic peak velocity increased 37.46cm/s (54.8%), 27.21cm/s (61.6%) and 21.94cm/s (61.5%) respectively in the corresponding arteries mentioned above. Heamodynamic bases were further provided for this therapy.
