诊断用超声对人体宫内绒毛组织的影响
Effects of Diagnostic Ultrasound on Human Embryos in Uterus
【摘要】 本文报道诊断用超声辐射人体宫内胚胎绒毛引超的脂质过氧化改变。将55名早期孕妇随机分成正常对照组(Ⅰ组)、辐射10分钟(Ⅱ组)、20分钟(Ⅲ组)、30分钟(Ⅳ组)以及超声辐射20分钟于7~10天后观察组(Ⅴ组),共五组。结果表明,常规诊断用超声连续辐射胎囊20分钟可致人体宫内绒毛细胞脂质过氧化改变(PⅠ·Ⅲ<0.05)。丙二醛(MDA)值随超声辐射剂量增加而升高,而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活性随超声辐射剂量增加而下降(PⅢ·Ⅳ<0.05)。上述改变在作用7~10天后基本恢复正常(PⅢ·Ⅴ<0.05、PⅠ·Ⅴ>0.05),此结果提示这种损伤作用是可复性的。
【Abstract】 Lipid peroxides change of human villous in uteri after exposure to diagnostic ultrasound was studied. 55 cases of early pregnant women were divided into five groups: I (control group), Ⅱ,Ⅲ IV (respectively exposed for 10, 20, 30 minutes) and V (for 20 minutes, lipid peroxides change detected after 7- 10 days). The result showed that continuous exposure of conventional diagnostic ultrasound for 20 minutes could result in lipid peroxide change of human villous cells(P I·Ⅲ < 0.05, P Ⅱ·Ⅲ < 0.05). The value of MDA was increased with ultrasound exposure time, while the level of GSH-px was decreased with ultrasound exposure dosage (PⅢⅣ<0.05). Such changes became normal after 7-10days ( Ⅲ·V<0.05). PI·V> 0.05).
