应用同工酶电泳法鉴定红豆草、扁蓿豆不同栽培品种

【摘要】 利用聚丙乙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法,对红豆草6个品种、扁蓿豆3个品种进行了品种鉴定。根据吸胀种子过氧化物酶同工酶电泳图谱类型和酶活性强弱,可将红豆草的6个品种逐个鉴别出来,但对扁蓿豆3个品种鉴别效果不够明显;根据吸胀种子的酯酶同工酶电泳图谱类型,可将9个品种逐个鉴定出来,以酯酶活性强弱鉴定这9个品种效果最好。

【Abstract】 Six Onobrychis vicieafolia materials and three Melissitus rutheneicus materials were subjected to electrophoresis for cultivar distinction.two O.vicieafolia materials showed remarkable differ- ences from others of the tested species in perioxidase electrophoretic banding patterns.Further scanning of band by Ultra-violet light reviewed that there existed notable differences among the six O.vicieafolia materials on their band densities.However,theere was no distinctive difference among the three M.rutheneicus materials in their perioitdase banding patterns.Phosphatidase isozymic electrophoresis was also u(?)ed in this study.It showed a more distinct banding resrlt than the perioxidase system.
