百里荒牧场饲草15N天然丰度值的测定及其固氮能力初评

【摘要】 研究测定了百里荒牧场豆科牧草、禾本科牧草等34种不同植物茎叶样品及3个表土样品的15N天然丰度值。利用δ15N值的大小对牧草固氮能力进行初评。并就施肥对混播牧草固氮作用的影响及混播草地的固氮贡献进行讨论。

【Abstract】 The value of δ15N of stems and leaves of about 34 forage legumes and grasses were measured in Bailihuang Pasture,Hubei Province. Meanwhile,the N percentages and the δ15N value of total nitrogen of three samples of the surface soil(0—15cm)there also were determined. According to the δ15N values of forage tested,the evaluation and discussion on the potential of nitrogen fixation were carrried out. The influence of fertilization on nitrogen fixation of mix—sown pastures and the effect of it together were discussed,too. It showes that the method of natural 15N abundance could be used to study on the nitrogen fixation of forages in the pastures quantitatively and qualitatively,and the method could also help us to select forages which might fix more nitrogen from the air. It would be the way to find out forage plants with higher potential of nitrogen fixation from our natural plant resources.
