【摘要】 本文对两社区老年期及老年前期共4045人进行了高血压普查及脑卒中的前瞻性研究。结果发现,经典型高血压患病率在老年前期居首位,在老年期却为最低。收缩期高血压患病率老年期较老年前期则有大幅度增加,跃居首位。然而,对于脑卒中的累积发病率和相对危险度,无论在老年前期还是老年期,均以经典型高血压患者为最高,这说明脑卒中发生与舒张压升高有着更密切的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 We carried out a survey for hypertension and aprospective study for stroke in the community elderly of two urban districts of beijing. The results show that the prevalence rate of classical hypertension(CH)is the highest in presenile, but the lowest in senile. However, the accumulative incidence rate or the relative risk of stroke in the patients with CH is the highest in presenile or in senile. It suggests that stroke is more correlated with elevated diastolic blood pressure. The need for increased awareness of prevention of stroke in the elderly with CH is emphasized.更多还原
