(Ba,Pb)TiO3系高温PTC半导体材料研究
A study of semiconductive (Ba,Pb)TiO3 PTC materials
【摘要】 本文研究了含铅高温PTC半导体陶瓷材料的性能和工艺特点。采用快速烧结法获得了性能优良的(Ba,Pb)TiO3系半导体材料。
【Abstract】 The present paper discussed the volatility and the diffusion of lead in (Ba,Pb)TiO3 PTC materials during calcination and sintering processes. The technical process with a fast heating and cooling rate during high temperature sintering was adopted to refrain effectively the volatliy of lead and to improve the PTC characteristics. The excellent PTC properties in (Ba,Pb)TiO3 materials was obtained and the sintering mechanism as well as its its influence was discussed.
