Bi系2212相高温超导纤维的生长
The growth of bismuth system 2212 phase high temperature superconducting fibers
【摘要】 本文报导采用激光加热小基座(LHPG)法生长出配比为Bi2Sr(1.2)Ca1.2Cu2Oy和Bi2.1Sr1.2Ca1.1Cu2Oy的超导纤维.由x射线衍射分析、劳厄照相、扫描电镜、金相显微镜以及低温磁化率的观测,结果表明:用LHPG法可以生长出单相性好,织构取向明显、晶粒粗大的Bi系超导纤维。生长速度则是影响纤维结构和性能的重要因素。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the growth of Bi2Sr1.8Ca1.2Cu2Oy and Bi2.1Sr1.8Ca1.1Cu2Oy high tempersture superconducting fibers by the Laser-Heated Pedestal (LHPG) method has been reported. The X-Ray diffraction、 Laue photograph、scan microscope and optical microscope observation、AC magnetic susceptibility measurement results indicate that the fibers with high single phase degree、high texture and large grains have been obtained. The growth rate is the important factor that infulences the structure and properties of the fibers.
