【摘要】 蛋白多糖和胶原是软骨胞外基质的主要成分。用大骨节病病区粮水喂养18个月的恒河猴,上肢关节软骨氨基多糖的已糖醛酸、已糖胺和酯硫组分含量降低,胶原含量升高,其中以病水组动物软骨的上述改变最明显。硒对软骨基质的损伤有一定的保护作用。推测软骨胶原含量升高可能是对软骨氨基多糖减少的一种补偿。更多还原

【Abstract】 proteoglycan and collagen are main components of cartilage matrix.Rhesus Monkeys were fed for18 months on grain and water taken from endemic areas of KBD.The results showed that the contenstof uronic acid,amino hexose and sulphate decreased,and content of collagen increased in cartilage artic-ularis.These changes were most significant in the group fed on water from endemic areas.Se showedprotecting action towards the damages in cartilage matris.From the results mentioned above,we can in-fer that the enhance of collagn content is a compensative responce to the decrease of glycosaminoglycansin cartilage.更多还原
