缺碘对发育期大鼠小脑γ-氨基丁酸摄取及释放的影响

【摘要】 采用同位素示踪法观察了低碘对发育期大鼠小脑γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)摄取及释放的影响。结果表明,缺碘对小脑 GABA 的摄取有抑制作用,但对释放无影响;T3对 GABA 的摄取及释放均有促进作用。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a study was done of GABA uptake and release incerebellum of offsprings born to the rats fed for 4 months in a severeendemic cretinism area,aimed at observing the effect of iodine deficiency onGABA ergic system in developing rat brain.The results showed that theuptake of 3H-GABA of the developing rat cerebellum was lower (P<0.001)in the experimental group,but in the rats treated wizh T3,the uptake wasaccelerated markedly (P<0.001).the release of 3H-GABA increased obviouslyin rats added T3 (P<0.05).In conclusion,iodine deficiency led to decreaseof 3H-GABA uptake into cerebel lumin developing rats,T3 promoted bothuptake and release of 3H-GABA.
