鼠疫菌质粒缺陷株的建立及66Mdal 质粒的功能
The establishment of plasmid-lacked strains of Yersinia Pestis and the function of 66 Madl plasmid
【摘要】 本文报道了应用吖啶黄诱变鼠疫菌获得了53株缺失66Mdal 质粒的鼠疫菌突变株。经反相间接血凝试验证实66Mdal 质粒决定 F1和 F2抗原(鼠毒素)的产生。
【Abstract】 The paper reports that 53 mutants of 66Mdal plasmid-lacked Y.pestis whichwas induced by acridine yellow were obtained.Meanwhile,it was confirmed that66Mdal plasmid of Y.pestis determines the produce of the F1 antigen and murinetoxin by the Reverse Indirect Hemagglutination test（R-IHA）.
