【Abstract】 Aconitine-induced cardiac arrhythmias were shown to be preventable by prior injection of ZGCD in the normal spleen funation und spleen deficency rats. Compared with the control group, the incidenae and score of cardiac arrhythmias were significantly decreased (P<0.05). Once the aconitine-induced cardiac arrhythymias occured, there was an obvious antiarrhythmic action in the normal spleen function group following injection of ZGCD, but there was no difference in the spleen deficency rats under the same conditions compared with the controls.更多还原
