【Abstract】 Aucubia content in three kinds of Asiatic peantian(Piantago asiatica, P. depressa, and P. lanceolata) from south Liao-ning of China was determined quantitatively by HPTLC. The corelation coefficient of the standard curve was found to be 0.9998, coefficient of variation 1.86% and average recovery 100.1%. The spots were proved to be pure by 3D-vis(UV)-spectro-TLC.更多还原
