高效薄层扫描法测定车前草中桃叶珊瑚甙含量
Quantitative Determination of Aucubia in Asiatic Plantian (Plantago asiatica) by HPTLC
【摘要】 应用高效薄层扫描法,对辽南地区产的车前科植物车前(Plantago asiatica)、平车前(P.depressa),长叶车前(p.lanceolata)中有效成分桃叶珊瑚甙(aucubin)进行了定量分析。相关系数为0.9998,加样回收率为100.4%,CV=1.86%,斑点经三维可见紫外光谱一薄层色谱法检测确认为单一组分。
【Abstract】 Aucubia content in three kinds of Asiatic peantian(Piantago asiatica, P. depressa, and P. lanceolata) from south Liao-ning of China was determined quantitatively by HPTLC. The corelation coefficient of the standard curve was found to be 0.9998, coefficient of variation 1.86% and average recovery 100.1%. The spots were proved to be pure by 3D-vis(UV)-spectro-TLC.
