【摘要】 从陕西草药羊红膻Pimpinella thellungiana全草的正丁醇部分分得2个黄酮甙类化合物。经化学及光谱分析鉴定Ⅰ为洋芹素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙,Ⅱ为羊红膻酯(thellungianate)即洋芹素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖酸丁酯。Ⅰ为从该植物中首次得到,Ⅱ为一新化合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new flavone glucoside, apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide butyl ester, C₁₅H₁₆O₁₁ （Ms m/z 502）, mp 250～252℃ was isolated from the butanol extraction of whole plant of Pimpinella thellungiana Wolff. Its structure was established on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic analysis [UV, IR, MS （EI, FAB, FD）, NMR(¹H, ¹³C), DEPT and H-H2D-COSY].In addition, a known flavone glucoside, apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside was also obtained, for the first time, from same fraction of this plant.更多还原
