【摘要】 熊胆(Bear bile)150mg/kg可明显地降低大鼠全血粘度,使红细胞聚集指数降低。150、75mg/kg对家兔颈动静脉旁路中形成的血栓有抑制作用。150mg/kg时亦可抑制Chandler法形成的体外血栓,使温血检长度缩短,湿重、干重减轻,同时对小鼠尾出血时间有明显地延长作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Drainage of bear bile at 150mg/kg markedly lowered the viscosity of whole blood and hemagglutination indexes of rats. It inhibited the thrombosis in arteriovenous bypass of rabbits and external thrombosis by Chandler’s method. The wet length of thrombosis was shortened and its wet and dry weiht became lighter that of the control. The bleeding time of mouse tail was significantly extended.更多还原
