【摘要】 采用复杂食饵性迷宫法和一次性训练被动回避条件反应一跳台法,观察石菖蒲水提醇沉液对学习记忆的促进作用和改善记忆障碍作用。结果表明:石菖蒲(0.1g/10g,0.2g/10g相当于LD₅₀的1/54,1/27)灌服能明显促进正常小鼠的记忆获得和改善东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠、乙醇造成的记忆获得,巩固和再现障碍,并与脑复康作了比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rhizoma of Acorus gramimineus on memory in mice was studied using one trial passive avoidance respones-step-down test and complicated grub maze. Results indicated that rhizoma of A. gramineus (0.1g/10g, 0.2g/10g) facilitated consolidation of memory, and improved impairment of acquisition, consolidation, retrieval of memory produced by scopolamine, sodium nitrite and alcohol.
