【摘要】 静脉注射（ⅳ）生菜Lactuca Sativa L., var. Romana Hort.种子提取物0.74g/kg（折合生药,下同）能明显缩短肾上腺泰诱发的家兔心律失常的持续时间;ⅳ该提取物1.4g/kg能显著增加引起麻醉大鼠室性早搏（VE）、室性心动过速（VT）和心室纤颤（VF）所需乌头碱（AC）的用量;ⅳ2.4g/kg明显增加诱发麻醉豚鼠VE、VT和VF所需哇巴因的用量。说明生菜种子提取物具有良好的抗心律失常作用。给家兔ⅳ1.0g/kg生菜种子提取物使心脏收缩性能有一定程度的减弱,但对心赃指数和心搏指数影响较小。毒性很低,小鼠腹腔注射的LD₅₀为79.058/kg。更多还原

【Abstract】 Extract of the seed of Lactuca sativa L. var Romana Hort at doses in term of the amount of seed present in the extract showed the following activities:（1）at 0.74g/kg iv reduced the duration of arrhythmia caused by epinephrine in conscious rabbits; （2） at 1.4g/kg iv increased the amount of aconitine required to induce ventricular extrasystole （VE）, ventricular tachycardia （VT）and ventricular fibrillation （VF）in anaesthetic rats; （3）at 2.4g/kg iv increased the dose of ouabain required to induce VE, VT and VF in anaesthetic guinea pigs. （4） at 1.0g/kg iv reduced the contractility of rabbit heart with little effect on cardiac index and systolic index.
