天麻对血管阻力和耐缺血缺氧能力的影响

Effects of Tall Gastrodia (Gastrodia elata) on the Vascular Resistance and the Ability Ischemia and Anoxia Tolerance in Animal Tests

【摘要】 天麻Gastrodia elata BL. 1g/kg静脉注射降低家兔后肢和头部的血管阻力;离体兔耳灌流可明显增加灌流量和对抗肾上腺素引起之流量减少;并可增加脑血流量和离体豚鼠心脏的冠脉流量。大鼠十二指肠给药10g/kg或腹腔注射5g/kg给药均显示降压和减慢心率作用。2g/kg静脉注射可明显防止大鼠垂体后叶素所致的心肌缺血心电图变化;对小鼠在常压或常压加异丙基肾上腺素时的缺氧,天麻5g/kg腹腔注射均可明显延长死亡时间,并降低在低压缺氧时的死亡率。提示天麻可能对心脏有较好的保护作用。

【Abstract】 Aqueous solution containing 200% Gastrodia elata BI. markedly decrease the vascular resistance of hindlimbs and head in anesthetized rabbits at an iv dose of 1g/kg. In perfused isolated rabbit ears, it significantly increased perfusion and antagonized adrenaline induced reduction of perfusion. It increased the cerebral blood flows of rabbits (in vivo) and coronary perfusion of isolated guinea pig hearts. At doses of 10g/kg via duodenal or 5g/kg ip, reduction of BP and HR in rats was observed. In rats, at doses of 2g/kg iv could prevent the changes ECG of myocardial ischemia elicited by pituitrin. In mice, at doses of 5g/kg ip markedly prolonged survivol time both in anoxia at normal atmospheric pressure or pretreatment with isoprenaline. It also markedly reduced the death rate in anoxia at lower atmospheric pressure. These results suggest that Tall Gastrodia is able to protect the heart during ischemia and anoxia.
