【Abstract】 The content and quality of Pueratin in Pueraria lobata collected at different seasons is determined by RP-HPLC. It can be separated on C₁₃ column with a mobile Phase of methanol-water. The results indicated that the puerarin content varies markedly with seasons: 3.5% at Jun. and 0.4%at Aug., but no notable difference in quality is found.更多还原
