【Abstract】 Three lignans were isolated for the first time from Saussurea gossypiphora D. Don. Their structures were identified on basis of spectral data (IR, UV, ¹HNMR, ¹³CNMR and MS) and chemical methods as follows: arctigenin （Ⅰ）, 2-hydroxylappaol B（Ⅱ）, arctiin （Ⅲ）.
