【Abstract】 The hyhae of Trametes robiniophila Murr. obtained from solid fermentation were extracted by boiling water. The protein in the extract was removed by tricholoacetic acid and nbutanol, and the polysaccharide in the filtrate was precipitated feactionally by alcohol. It was found that product so obtained could markedly improve the immunological function of the body. Studies on its chemical compsition showed that it is a glycoprotein containing glucose, mannose, galactose, xylose, arabinose and fucose.更多还原
