兴安胡枝子化学成分的研究
Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Dahurian Bushclover (Lespedeza dahurica)
【摘要】 自兴安胡枝子叶中首次分到9个黄酮甙、一个甙元和一个高级脂肪醇。经光谱和理化分析并与已知文献对照,确定其结构为:异荭草素(isoorlentin,Ⅰ)、香叶木素-7-O-葡萄糖甙(diosmetin-7-O-glucoside,Ⅱ)、异牡荆素(isovitexin,Ⅲ)、异荆牡素-2″-木糖甙(isovitexia-2″-xyloside,Ⅳ)、异鼠李素-3-O-芸香糖甙(isorhamaetin-3-O-rutinside,Ⅴ)、荭草素(Orientin,Ⅵ)、6-C一吡喃葡萄糖基-8-C-吡喃阿拉伯糖芹菜甙(6-C-glucopyranosyl-8-Carabinopyranosylapigenia,Ⅷ)、异荭草素-2″-木糖甙(isoorieutin-2″-xyloside,Ⅷ)、牡荆素(vitexia,Ⅸ)、槲皮素(甙元,ⅹ)和1-triacontanol(高级脂肪醇)。其中Ⅱ、Ⅳ和Ⅶ为首次从胡枝子属中发现。
【Abstract】 Ten flavonoids and non-flavonoid component were isolated from Lespe deya dahurica (Laxm.) Schindil. for the first time. On the basis spectroscopic analysis, their structures were identified as iso-orentin (Ⅰ), diosmetin-7-O-glucoside (Ⅱ), iso-vitexin (Ⅲ), iso-vitexin-2″-xyloside (Ⅳ), iso-rhamnetin-3-O-rutinside (Ⅴ), orientin (Ⅵ), 6-C-glucopyranosyl-8-C-arabinopyranosylapigenin (Ⅶ), iso-orientin-2″-xyloside (Ⅷ), vitexin (Ⅸ), quercetin (Ⅹ) and 1-triacontanol (Ⅺ). Among them, Ⅱ, Ⅳ and Ⅶ were found from Lespedeza species for the first time.
