【Abstract】 Plasma NA level of ileum ligated rabbit models with intestinal obstruction was determined. Results showed that plasma NA level of the ligated group (27.02±1.63ng/ml) was significantly higher than that of the normal control (18.99±1.15ng/ml). But when the ligated group was treated with Da Cheng Qi Tang for 24 and 48h, the respective plasma NA levels were lowered to normal (18.60±1.75ng/ml) and 18.59±2.66ng/ml.
