诃子提取物对活性氧的清除和对抗TPA对人白细胞DNA的损伤
Antioxidant Action of Extract of Medicine Terminalia (Terminalia chebula) and Its Preventive Effect on DNA Breaks in Human White Cells Induced by TPA
【摘要】 诃子(Terminalia chebula)醇提物和榄仁树(T. catappa)水提物10~20μg/ml显著抑制Fe2+/VC诱发的小鼠肝、肺匀浆和线粒体的脂质过氧化,诃子水提物200~400μg/ml才有抑制作用。诃子醇提物和榄仁树水提物25μg/ml明显清除核黄素(VB2)+光产生的O2和对抗H2O2引起的溶血,诃子醇提物100μg/ml才有一定对抗作用。诃子醇提物20μg/ml显著抑制十四酰基佛皮醇乙酯(TPA)20μg/ml诱发的人白细胞化学发光,50μg/ml明显对抗TPAl00ng/ml和香烟烟雾凝集物(CSC)400μg/ml起的人白细胞DNA断链。诃子水提物用至400μg/ml不能对抗同剂量TPA引起的人白细胞DNA断链。
【Abstract】 Alcoholic extract of Terminalia chebula Retz and aqueous extract of T. catappa L. 10~20μg/ml markedly inhibited lipid peroxidation of mouse liver and lung homogenate and mitochondria. The above extracts effectively scavenge the oxygen free radical produced by VB2 plus light, and inhibit H2O2 induced red cell hemolyses. Alcoholic extract of T.chebula Retz 20μg/ml significantly inhibited chemiluminescence (CL) of human leukocytes induced by TPA (20 ng/ml), the extract (50μg/ml) also prevented DNA breaks of human leukocytes induced by TPA and cigarette smoke condensate (CSC).
