【摘要】 从华东蓝刺头的根中分得6个噻吩类化合物.经IR、UV、MS、¹HNMR和¹³CNMR光谱测定分别鉴定为:5-（4-O-异戊酰基丁炔-1）联噻吩〔5-（4-O-isopentanoyl-butyn-lyl）-2,2’-bithiophene,Ⅶ〕,5-（丁烯-3-炔-1）联噻吩〔5-（3-buteh-1-yayl）-2,2’-bithiophene,Ⅰ〕,异卡多帕亭（isocardopatine,Ⅲ）,α-三联噻吩（2,2’,5’,2’-terthlenyl,Ⅳ）,卡多帕亭（cardopatine,Ⅵ）,5-（3,4-二羟基丁炔-1）-2,2’-联噻吩〔5-（3,4-dihydroxy-butyn-lyl）-2,2’-bithiophene,Ⅺ〕,其中化合物Ⅶ经鉴定为一新化合物。其余成分均为首次从该植物中获得。更多还原

【Abstract】 Six compounds were isolated from the root of Echinops grijisii Hance. Their structures were elucidated as 5-(4-O-isopentanoyl-butyn-1y)-2, 2’-bithiophene (Ⅶ), 5-(3-buten-1-ynyl)-2-2’-bithiophene (Ⅱ), isocardopatine (Ⅲ), 2, 2’, 5’, 2’’-terthiphene (Ⅳ), cardopatine (Ⅵ)and 5-(3, 4-dihydroxy-butyn-1 yl)-2, 2’-bithiophene (Ⅺ) on the basis of their spectral evidenes.All above compounds were obtained from the title plant for the first time, among which Ⅶ is a new compound.更多还原
