动脉粥样硬化斑块内泡沫细胞c-sis和c-myc基因表达的研究
Expression of cellular oncogenes of foam cells in atherosclerotic plaques
【摘要】 应用DNA-RNA原位分子杂交方法对实验性新西兰兔主动脉粥样硬化斑块表层和深层细胞进行了研究,注意到斑块表层和深层细胞都有c-sis和c-myc基因表达,但斑块表层的泡沫细胞c-sis基因表达增加。结果提示:斑块表层细胞c-sis基因表达增加可能与单核细胞源性泡沫细胞有关。
【Abstract】 18 male New Zealand white rabbits were fed a 1% cholesterol and 3% fat diet. The foam cells in surface layer and deep layer of atherosclerotic plaques were collected. The expression of two oncogenes, c-sis and c-myc, were studied in foam cells with DNA-RNA hybridization in situ technique. The expression of c-sis was greatly enhanced in foam cells of surface layer. The results indicated that the enhance of expression of c-sis was related with monocytes.
