蝮蛇抗栓酶对狗急性肺泡缺氧性肺动脉高压的影响
Effect of ahalysantinfarctasum on acute alveolar hypoxic pulmonary hypertension
【摘要】 本文研究了蝮蛇抗栓酶对狗急性缺氧性肺动脉高压的作用。结果显示:蝮蛇抗栓酶可明显地降低肺循环阻力,剂量依赖性地减弱或抑制急性缺氧性肺血管收缩反应;但对体循环的影响较小,而且不改变PaO2及PaCO2;血浆6-keto-PGF1α浓度在静脉注射此酶后明显升高,但TXB2则无显著改变。这些结果提示:蝮蛇抗栓酶可缓解缺氧性肺血管收缩痉挛,其机制可能与促进PGI2的产生与释放有关。
【Abstract】 The effect of ahalysantinfarctasum (AFT) on acute hypoxic pulmonary hypertension of dogs was examined. The’decrease in pulmonary vascular resistance and a dose dependent attenuation of acute hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction by AFT were found. AFT did not alter systemic vascular resistance. PaO2 and PaCO2 6-keto-PGF1α increased significantly, however after the intravenous infusion of AFT, TXB2 did not change. It is suggested that AFT may attenuate hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction by tnducing the synthesis or release of PG I to nreyent nulmonary hypertension
