和肝助脾饮和镁离子以及硫氮唑酮对初代培养大鼠肝细胞四氯化碳损伤的影响

【摘要】 本文在初代分离培养大鼠肝细胞CCl4损伤模型上,比较了中药复方“和肝助脾饮”与硫氮草酮和Mg2+对肝损伤的保护作用,结果发现在肝细胞培养液中加入“和肝助脾饮”(15μl/ml)与硫氮唑酮(10-4M)及Mg2+(4.8×10-3M)都能有效地抑制肝细胞内钙超载,同时也有效地抑制了细胞内LDH和GOT的漏出;且肝细胞内钙含量与肝细胞内漏出酶呈正相关关系。“和肝助脾饮”抑制细胞内钙超载的作用和抑制酶漏出的作用介于硫氮唑酮和Mg2+之间。

【Abstract】 The protecting effects of HZD, DZ and Mg2+ on isolated cultured rat li ver cells injured by CCl4 was compared in this article. The results showed that HZD (15μl/ml)or DZ(10-4M)or Mg2+(4.8×10-3M)added to the liquid culture of rat liver cells, inhibited the overloading of calcium ions and the leakage of LDH and GOT in hepatocytes effectively. The contents of Ca2+ ion were positively related to the leakage of enzymes.The intensity of inhibition effects to the calcium overloading and the enzyme leakage in HZD were situated between those in DZ and Mg2+.
