花斑癣致病菌培养效果的实验研究

【摘要】 本实验采用大豆、芝麻、葵花籽3种固体脂类培养基,培养80例花斑癣患者皮损鳞屑,并与相应的豆油,芝麻油及葵花籽油培养基进行了对照。结果表明:固体脂类培养基培养的阳性率、菌丝出现率、菌落生长速度均优于相应的油类培养基。根据本地区特点,大豆、芝麻及葵花籽来源丰富,以此制备的固体脂类培养基表面无易浮动的油类,便于存放及延长保存时间,且培养效果良好。故可考虑代替油类培养基推广应用。

【Abstract】 80 cases of scaling patches of pityriasis versicolor were cultured in three solid lipid media composed of soybeen, sunflower seed, and sesame seed respectively, The resuits were compared with three corresponding oil media. It showed that the positive culture rate, hyphal accurence cate, growing velocity, and colony properties from those cultured in solid lipid media were superior to those in edible oil media. On the other hand, there was no floatable oil drop on the surface of these solid culture media,so, the preserving time could be prolonged and more convenient. Thus, they could replace the oil culture media.
