【摘要】 对甜橙(Citrus sinensis(L.)Osbeck)成年树的侧芽离体培养进行了研究。试验采用综合指标A值,兼顾存活率、增殖率和质量3个因素,筛选出适宜甜橙侧芽增殖的激素配比;离体新梢茎段的继代增殖须降低激素的浓度。不同甜橙品种对培养基反应不同,存活率、增殖率、质量级别和A值均有显著差异。二步生根法可获得满意生根率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lateral buds of adult trees ( Citrus sinensis Osbeck ) cultured in vitro were studied. The synthetic quota A, involving three factors of survival percentage, propagation percentage and quality grade, was used in this experiment. The optimum hormone proportion for the propagation of orange lateral buds was selected. The hormone concentration should be lowered for the subculture of the shoots in vitro.Different varieties of orange are with different response to the same culture media, and with significant different survival percentage, propagation percentage, quality grade and A value. The result showed that the satisfying rate of rooting was obtained with the use of the method of two-step.更多还原
